Satorys is a Swiss-based unlisted company, backed by private and institutional investors. Its shareholders comprise high-tech entrepreneurs and global business angels, who have comprehensive backgrounds in Internet business ventures, information security and telecommunications. Satorys’ senior management also owns a stake in the company. The shareholding is led and controlled by the Swiss entrepreneur Marco Ricca, founder and CEO.
